The Virtual Event Archives is a database of recorded employer info sessions, including full-length sessions from our annual Spring Virtual Opportunity Fairs. Because this is a database, you can search for employer sessions based on field values. Field values refer to the following: organization name, industry, types of opportunities (e.g., full-time job, part-time job, internship, etc.), titles of the opportunities discussed, majors the employer was seeking at the time, event name, keyword(s), and date they presented.
Here are just a few suggestions for how you might use these sessions:
Learn about industries, organizations and potential careers that relate to your major.
Get ideas for possible internships, volunteer service and community-based learning opportunities.
Learn about the types of skills that employers seek for a wide range of roles.
Gain helpful job search and career development advice from industry experts, including recruiters and hiring managers.
Use for pre-interview research.
and much more!
