- Do you offer job shadow opportunities or a chance to conduct an informational interview with an employee who works in the department or type of role I’m seeking?
- What is the on-boarding or orientation process like?
- Do you have a new employee mentoring program?
- Do you know if [company] has hired any Bristol alumni? If so, would it be possible to talk with them about their experience?
- Does your company offer tuition reimbursement or other education incentives?
- What are your hiring plans for the next year?
- What time of year do you tend to do the most recruiting or hiring?

About Positions
- In a typical day, what does [open position] do? What would he/she be responsible for in the first 90 days?
